Top Stasis Exotics in 2026: The Definitive Guardian's Guide
Destiny 2 Stasis subclass and Exotic armor synergize powerfully, offering Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks devastating gameplay advantages.
I have witnessed the evolution of Destiny 2's sandbox with a keen eye, and even as we step into 2026, the cryogenic bite of Stasis remains a dominant force. The armory is absolutely flooded with over 100 Exotic armor pieces across the Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans, but not every gleaming piece is forged for the same battlefield. As a seasoned player who has spent countless hours in Grandmaster Nightfalls and the Crucible, I can tell you that while any Exotic can be used, only a select handful truly unlock the devastating potential of the Stasis subclass. While relatively few Exotics were designed specifically for Stasis, the potency of these options is far from lacking, functioning best when you complement your abilities with some of the most powerful Stasis weapons you can find.

Let's kick things off with a pair of boots that have received a stunning rework I never take off in PvE: The Bombardiers. The intrinsic perk, Parting Gift, now does far more than leave a simple explosive after a dodge. It leaves behind a delayed explosive that detonates and creates a secondary effect based on your subclass energy type. For my Stasis build, this means the explosive Slows targets upon detonation. This is a game-changer. This extra source of Slow drastically enhances the effectiveness of the Winter's Shroud Aspect, which can completely immobilize large crowds when combined with the appropriate Stasis fragments. Keep in mind that that delayed explosive also deals impact damage, which can shatter enemies you have already frozen with your last dodge, creating a beautiful cascade of destruction.
Turning to the Titans, survivability is the name of the game, and Icefall Mantle gloves make you an absolute juggernaut. I find these work best as an excellent choice for a PvE build, though they can make you an easy target in PvP unless you position perfectly. An excellent maneuver I've perfected is using my Shiver Strike melee to dash into a group of combatants and then activating Icefall Mantle to Slow them. This allows me to clean out the crowd while surviving any return fire with the extra protection from the overshield. Stasis Titans enjoy being hard to kill, and these make it even harder.

For Warlocks, Eye Of Another World is the catch-all Exotic armor piece that remains a masterpiece in 2026, functioning particularly well on Stasis. Stasis Warlocks rely heavily on their abilities to control the battlefield with Bleak Watcher turrets and freezing melee attacks. As such, the increased ability regeneration is highly appreciated, and it grants the equivalent of 30 points in each stat. Essentially, if I can get each of my abilities to tier seven, then Eye of Another World effectively brings them to tier ten, the maximum. This is non-negotiable for a turret-spamming build.
In the PvP arena, I often swap my Bombardiers for Gemini Jester. These boots are a similar concept in function but might appeal to you more if you prefer disorienting your opponents. Disorienting a Guardian provides a split-second advantage in tight quarters that can decide a gunfight. While these boots are sometimes paired with powerful Void PvE builds, they are an exceptional asset on PvP maps with shared walls and adjacent hallways. I combine the Winter's Shroud Aspect with these boots, giving my dodge even more utility. When used in proximity to your enemies, you will Slow, disorient, and remove their radar, rendering a Guardian almost defenseless as you close in for the kill.

A fantastic newer addition for Titans is the Cadmus Ridge Lancecap. This helmet offers a unique approach to combat that focuses on staying safe behind a rally barricade while inflicting massive damage against both red-bar combatants and boss-level foes. This build flourishes when combined with the Wicked Implement Exotic Stasis Scout Rifle, given their excellent synergy. Stasis certainly lacks the raw defensive strength of Void subclasses, but this potent combination will provide you with plenty of Diamond Lances to freeze and shatter everything in sight.
Ballidorse Wrathweavers are gauntlets I specifically designed for PvE in mind, so I strongly recommend trying these on your next run through a Grandmaster Nightfall. Warlocks' Winter's Wrath super has historically underwhelmed in the damage department, but these gloves not only improve your Super's damage per second against single targets but also support your allies to ensure their damage increases. Overall, this is a superb supportive Stasis Warlock Exotic if you need something extra to help your fireteam in Gambit, Nightfalls, and other endgame activities.

Another generalist Exotic I adore for Stasis Titans is Precious Scars. While powerful options reduce the damage Titans endure, there are almost no options to regenerate your health, save for this helmet. The healing effects are incredibly potent when using a Stasis weapon with your subclass, and its utility is top-tier in both PvE and PvP. The uniquely intimidating style alone makes this a must-try Stasis Exotic for any Destiny fashionista.
For Hunters craving a defensive pivot, Renewal Grasps are still a premier choice, though far from their originally broken state. In PvP, enemies deal 20 percent less damage while allies receive a five percent damage resistance, a paltry amount compared to the original. However, in PvE, enemies will deal 50 percent less damage, and your allies receive 25 percent damage resistance. To feel the full effect of these gloves, I stick to PvE and enjoy excellent survivability inside my glorified Duskfield snow globe.

Name a more iconic combination than a Stasis Titan and countless massive ice shards spread across the battlefield. There isn't one. Hoarfrost-Z is the ultimate choice if you can't get enough ice in your life. If you want to be extremely annoying in PvP, you can combine this Exotic with other Titans using their regular Barricades to break part of your ice wall, triggering ability regeneration when you collect the Stasis shards. Coordination is key, but this provides plenty of fun for you and your fellow wall-building Titans.
Finally, we reach the pinnacle: Mask Of Bakris. Tricky Hunters will love the unique movement capabilities of this helmet, as it completely changes your dodge ability while granting bonus damage to Arc weapons after shifting. There's a reason this helm stands above all other Stasis Hunter Exotics. Mask of Bakris provides great versatility in both PvE and PvP, though the Light Shift ability is particularly useful for disorienting Guardians in the Crucible when I teleport past them. The increased damage occasionally comes in handy against other Guardians, but PvE combatants are the perfect targets to really test the extra damage.
Stay frosty, Guardians.
